Terms of Service

Quotae is a mobile application for self-employed construction professionals. It lets you create quotes, manage deposits, generate invoices, and turn voice recordings into quotes using speech recognition and AI processing — all from your phone.

By registering and using Quotae, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You sign in with your email address and a one-time verification code. Do not share your verification codes with anyone.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Quotae offers a 30-day free trial with no card required.
• After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at the current price (€24.90/month).
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are given for partial periods.

You agree to:

• Use Quotae only for legal and professional purposes.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Not use the service to send illegal or fraudulent content.
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the system.

The quotes, invoices, and documents you create in Quotae are yours. We grant you a license to use our platform, but we do not claim ownership of your content.

When you create a voice quote, your audio is streamed to Deepgram for speech-to-text transcription. The transcript is then sent to OpenAI to extract quote details (items, quantities, prices). We use these services solely to process your voice input into a structured quote. Your audio is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and retention.

Quotae relies on third-party services to operate: Polar for payment processing, Deepgram and OpenAI for voice processing, Cloudflare for file storage, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We select providers that meet EU data protection standards, but we are not responsible for their independent actions. We strive to keep Quotae available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service.

Quotae is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Calculation errors if you enter incorrect data.
• Financial losses arising from the use of generated quotes or invoices.
• Service interruptions beyond our control.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

Quotae helps you generate documents, but does not replace professional tax advice. You are responsible for verifying that your invoices comply with current regulations. When VeriFactu becomes mandatory, Quotae intends to support compliant invoice generation.

• You can cancel your account at any time from settings.
• After cancellation, you retain read-only access to your documents.
• To request permanent deletion of your data, contact us at use@quotae.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. See our Data Deletion page for full details.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may modify these terms. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction.
