About Quotae
Quotae exists because self-employed tradespeople and service freelancers deserve to stop finishing quotes and invoices at 11pm in their kitchen. We started working side-by-side with trade professionals — painters, remodelers, plumbers, electricians — and from there extended the app to professionals who quote and invoice services by project, task or hour.
Why we exist
Quotae started by talking to painters, remodelers, and plumbers working on real job sites in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia. They all had the same problem: quotes piling up, broken Excel, clients pushing for fast answers, and margins lost to discounts that were never calculated properly. That experience with trade professionals is still the engine of the product — but the patterns (fast quoting, mobile invoicing, clear margins) also appear in services such as design and photography.
Explaining the price and scope is part of the job too. We built an app to prepare quotes manually or by voice, review the line items and share a PDF. That workflow can describe a repair, a design project or a photo session; the service details remain your responsibility.
Today the product focuses on mobile quotes and invoices for service professionals in Spain and the EU. Our examples include trades, design and photography. VeriFactu adaptation is in development and is not yet available; a PDF is not a substitute for structured electronic invoicing.
Who we are
Quotae is built by a team that combines product, engineering, and Spanish tax-compliance experience. We work from Madrid and stay in daily contact with users to understand how service work changes, how regulation evolves, and what professionals who make a living from clear quotes actually need.

We know your time is scarce. No training courses, no 20-step onboarding, no charging extra for what should already be included. The app needs to work in 2 minutes.
Honest numbers
Amounts depend on your prices, quantities and costs. Review those inputs before sending a quote: calculations cannot replace understanding the work and its scope.

When you write to use@quotae.app, a person on the team replies — not a ticket, not an AI. Our job is to understand your problem and fix it, not manage a queue.
