From accepted quote to invoice
When the client says yes, you turn the quote into an invoice without re-typing line items, amounts or tax details. Numbering keeps its sequence and the client's details travel with the document.
PDF with your logo, sent over WhatsApp
The document comes out laid out and ready to send from your phone by WhatsApp or email. During the trial it carries a small “Generado con Quotae” line in the footer; with an active subscription, documents you generate from then on come out without it. Older PDFs aren't rewritten — regenerate one if you want it clean.
Voice entry, no quota
Dictate the job the way you'd describe it on site and Quotae builds the quote with its line items. There's no minute bundle and no monthly cap: voice is included in the trial and on the paid plan alike.

How the 30-day trial works
The trial starts on its own when you create the account. No card, no bank details, and it doesn't turn into a subscription by itself: if you do nothing on day 31, the only thing that happens is that you stop being able to create new documents.
For those 30 days you get the whole Pro plan, with nothing held back: a cut-down version can't tell you whether the tool works for you, and sending a real quote to a real client can.
To get the most out of it, do this in week one: enter your five most common line items with your own prices, dictate a quote on site, send it over WhatsApp, and convert the first accepted one into an invoice. That's enough to know whether it pays for itself — and you still have three weeks left.
What happens when the trial ends
On day 31, if you haven't subscribed, the account goes read-only. You can still sign in, still see every quote and invoice, and your data stays put; what you can't do is create new documents, edit them or generate PDFs. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
To carry on, you subscribe to Pro: €24.90/month (VAT included), billed monthly. The launch price was €29.90/month — we lowered it for early subscribers. Cancel from the app whenever you like, with no commitment and no penalty: you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. If a payment fails, access is blocked at that point; there's no grace period, but no debt piles up either.

How much does Quotae cost after the trial?

Do I need to enter a card to start the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is completely free and requires no card. You create an account with your email, get a magic link, and start. You only add a card if you decide to continue after the trial.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, directly from the app. No commitment, no penalty. If you cancel before the billing period ends, you keep access until the end of the paid month.
Is there a free plan?
There's no permanent free plan, but there are 30 days of full access with no card. We prefer a real trial of every feature over a stripped-down free version that doesn't reflect the product.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your quotes and invoices stay yours. Before canceling you can export everything to PDF and CSV from the app. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is there a plan for teams or accounting firms?
Yes. We're building Quotae Business with multi-user workflows, roles, and client portals. If you manage several self-employed workers or have a team, email use@quotae.app for custom pricing.
Does an accepted quote turn into an invoice?
Yes, and it's included in the plan. From an accepted quote you generate the invoice without re-entering line items, amounts or the client's tax details. It's the step that saves the most time: the quoting work already happened on site, so invoicing stops being an evening job.
Does it work with no signal on site?
Yes. You can put the quote together in a basement or on a site with no services and it syncs by itself when the signal comes back. Sending it by WhatsApp or email does need a connection, like any send.
Is Quotae ready for VeriFactu?
Quotae does not claim to hold any official certification today. The app is being adapted to the requirements that Spain's Real Decreto 1007/2023 places on invoicing systems used by the self-employed, and that adaptation is in the same price: it isn't a separate module or a price rise. The official timeline and what the rules demand are covered in our VeriFactu guide for the self-employed.
Do I need to install anything or hire someone to get started?
No. You create the account from your phone with your email, get a sign-in link, and you're in. There's no implementation, no forced migration and no training. If you're coming from Excel or Word templates, start by entering your usual line items with your prices; the rest follows.
