When the client says yes, you turn the quote into an invoice without re-typing line items, amounts or tax details. Numbering keeps its sequence and the client's details travel with the document.
PDF with your logo, sent over WhatsApp
The document comes out laid out and ready to send from your phone by WhatsApp or email. On the free plan it carries a small “Generado con Quotae” line in the footer; with an active paid subscription, documents you generate from then on come out without it. Older PDFs aren't rewritten — regenerate one if you want it clean.
Voice entry, no quota

Does an accepted quote turn into an invoice?
Yes, and it's included in the plan. From an accepted quote you generate the invoice without re-entering line items, amounts or the client's tax details. It's the step that saves the most time: the quoting work already happened on site, so invoicing stops being an evening job.
Does it work with no signal on site?
Yes. You can put the quote together in a basement or on a site with no services and it syncs by itself when the signal comes back. Sending it by WhatsApp or email does need a connection, like any send.
Is Quotae ready for VeriFactu?
VeriFactu adaptation is in development and is not yet available. Turn accepted quotes into invoices and record payments. Invoicing is included, with no card required.
Do I need to install anything or hire someone to get started?
No. You create the account from your phone with your email, get a sign-in link, and you're in. There's no implementation, no forced migration and no training. If you're coming from Excel or Word templates, start by entering your usual line items with your prices; the rest follows.
